By downloading, installing, or using AI Teleprompter ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Teleprompter is a mobile application that provides teleprompter functionality with AI-powered voice recognition features. The App allows users to:

• Create, edit, and manage script content

• Display scrolling text for reading

• Use voice recognition to control text scrolling

• Record video while using the teleprompter

3. User Accounts

The international version of the App does not require user registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced through your Apple ID via iCloud (if enabled).

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

• The App offers both free and premium features

• Premium features require a paid subscription

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

• For detailed subscription terms, please refer to our Subscription Agreement

4.3 Refunds

• All refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they process all payments

• We do not have the ability to process refunds directly

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your scripts or recordings.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, import, or share using the App. You agree not to use the App to create, store, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Defects will be corrected

• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Beijing, China.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
